RESN: How to tune in ROCK Entertainment Sports Network for high school football
RESN is also debuting a first-of-its-kind statewide high school scoreboard show, Friday Night Huddle.
Every Friday night, RESN will feature live broadcasts as a part of its Friday Game of the Week, starting with the matchup between Pickerington North and St. Edward High School.
Immediately after the game, Rock Sports will air Friday Night Huddle, featuring scores and highlights from high school football games statewide.
Six-time Emmy Award-winning broadcaster Dave Bacon and 11-time Ohio state champion Chuck Kyle will host the show.
The coverage rounds out with Saturday’s Football Frenzy, a day full of football matchups that carries into Sunday.
The fall football coverage will be led by John Michael, the television voice of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Tim Alcorn, the Cavaliers’ radio voice, and 19 Sports’ own Mark Schwab and Leah Doherty.
A roster of Ohio football legends, including Ohio state champion Chucky Kyle and NFL veterans Bernie Kosar, Zoltan Mesko and Matt Wilhelm, will provide the color commentary.
RESN is kicking off its fall football schedule Thursday at 7 p.m. with the St. Ignatius Wildcats facing off with defending state champion Avon Eagles.
Thursday is the first of three Thursday night matchups this fall.
