“Talent evolves,” Mandel explained. “What will bowl you over [changes], especially as somebody who’s been here that long. I am jaded. But I’m telling you, I am continuously bowled over. People from all walks of life, from all corners of this planet, have the ability to come and bowl us over. And that’s amazing.”

Don’t miss the two-hour AGT 20th anniversary special on Tuesday, August 12 at 8/7c on NBC.

Aside from the thrilling birthday celebrations, Season 20 of AGT is heating up with Live Shows kicking off on Tuesday, August 19, with the Live Results Show airing the next day, Wednesday, August 20. Each new two-hour Quarterfinal episode will air on Tuesdays at 8/7c, and each new one-hour results show will air on Wednesdays at the same time, only on NBC.
