Megan Thee Stallion is making waves on the charts, on stage and within the gym.

The self-proclaimed “Hot Girl Trainer” shared her body cover story – and tasteful spreads of nude photos – about her workout routine, her workout motivation, and the way her body, mind, and spirit are interconnected as she emerges from her workout. a tumultuous personal season into a latest starting.

“Working on myself made me exercise because I needed to focus my energy elsewhere,” she told the magazine. “I used exercise to escape and be happy.”

Now that she has regained her happiness, she is prepared to open up to her fans and followers on a latest level along with her music. Megan says she believes she has found the balance between being vulnerable while still being committed to rapping.

“I was inspired to create this album about rebirth because I feel like I am becoming a new person physically and mentally,” she said. “I’m moving into a higher space, making music that is still true to me, but additionally true to my message. I’m like a flower, but my flower has thorns.
