UMATILLA, Ore.- Rock the Locks 2025 set for September 26-28 with legendary bands performing in Umatilla.

25 iconic bands including All-American Rejects, Third Eye Blind and Seether will take the stage in this year’s line up

Dave Stockdale, Umatilla City Manager, said this music festival is unique. “It’s a family event,” said Stockdale. “This is a great opportunity to introduce your kids to good music and come out and have a great time with friends and family.”

This is the third year of Rock the Locks and the first year the event will be held in September. Stockdale said he hopes this will allow for better weather and provide a better camping experience for festival goers.

“We have music from 80s, 90s and 2000s that are here,” said Stockdale. “We have things like ping pong, cornhole that are out for free.”

Stockdale said Umatilla is the perfect place to host a music festival and they host the concerts on the back nine of the Big River Golf Course. “Unlike most music festivals that can be kind of dusty, it is lush and green,” said Stockdale. “We have views of the river and are centrally located.”
