Zoe Saldaña is showing off her late-summer glow in a recent selfie that can only be described as positively sun-kissed. Taking to Instagram to share four recent snapshots, the Emilia Pérez actress posed totally makeup-free with a smize that would make Tyra Banks proud.
Saldaña’s three other photos featured her kids and an artfully carved tree stump. The actress captioned the post with three sun emojis (“🌞🌞🌞”), presumably a reference to her three young sons.
The Oscar-winning actress shares her brood with her longtime husband Marco Perego-Saldaña. The couple married in 2013 and welcomed twins Cy and Bowie one year later; younger brother Zen completed the family with his arrival in 2016. Since then, Saldaña has lovingly called her kids her “reason,” her “destiny,” and her “mirrors.”
She also credited her sons for prompting her interest in movies that “cater to children,” telling Good Morning America that it helps her “relate to them” when she gets to make kid-friendly art. “I also get some mad cool points as a mom,” she jokingly added.
As for her makeup-free selfie? It’s par for the course for the mom-of-three, who frequently embraces her natural beauty. Just last month, for example, Saldaña posted a similarly bare-faced photo on Instagram, giving fans a rare behind-the-scenes look at her life off-camera. She captioned the post “mini roundup.”
