SAINT PAUL — Two Red River Valley organizations are recent financial beneficiaries of a St. Paul-based private charitable trust.

The Otto Bremer Trust has awarded a total of $12.4 million in grants and program-related investments from May through August 2025, a news release from the trust said.

TNT Kid’s Fitness of Fargo received $100,000 to provide enrichment and recreational opportunities for people with special needs.

North Country Food Bank of East Grand Forks, Minn., received $150,000 to support distribution of food to assist families experiencing food insecurity.

Caroline S. Johnson, co-CEO and trustee, said the Otto Bremer Trust continues to fulfill its mission by investing in the impactful work of these organizations.

The Otto Bremer Trust was created in 1944 by business and community leader Otto Bremer and is committed to supporting an enhanced quality of life for residents of Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota and Wisconsin, according to the release.
