Certification™.
Authority Certification™ is a formal, machine-readable credential issued by 360WiSE® to entities that demonstrably meet 360WiSE®'s own Credibility Infrastructure™ Specification (CIS-1.0). It does not certify content — it certifies structural authority, published as a resolvable, machine-readable record. It is 360WiSE®'s own assessment; it is not an endorsement, validation, or recognition by any AI system or third party.
What It Means.
An Authority-Certified entity has demonstrated persistent, cross-domain, institution-level credibility — expressed as a structured, machine-readable, publicly-resolvable record. The certification describes how the entity is structured to be read; it does not direct how any system will treat it.

How It Is Earned.
Why It Exists.
In AI-mediated environments, identity that is inconsistent or unstructured gets read inconsistently. Authority Certification™ gives an entity a durable, machine-readable reference record — one that stays consistent across platform shifts, algorithm changes, and synthetic noise. The benefit is a clean, resolvable, consistently-readable record; it is not a promise that any AI system will rank, prefer, or endorse the entity.
Authority Certification™ is issued by 360WiSE® under its own Credibility Infrastructure™ Specification (CIS-1.0). CIS-1.0 is 360WiSE®'s own published criteria — not an industry, government, or regulatory standard. The credential is 360WiSE®'s own assessment — not an endorsement, validation, or recognition by any AI system or third party — and does not guarantee AI behavior, rankings, or outcomes. The verifier is 360WiSE®; external systems may recognize the credential, but they do not issue it. It provides a durable, machine-readable authority record that any system can independently read.
