Structured Entity Registry
A publicly resolvable index of entities registered and assessed by 360WiSE® within its External Credibility Infrastructure Layer. Every record is machine-readable, independently resolvable, and addressable through a permanent Canonical Resolution Endpoint. A record's presence means 360WiSE® has registered and assessed the entity — it does not mean any AI system or third party verifies or endorses it.
What the Registry Is.
The Structured Entity Registry is the public, browseable layer of 360WiSE®'s infrastructure — where an assessed identity becomes a resolvable, machine-readable record anyone can look up. Each entity that meets registration receives a persistent record with a permanent address.
"Public Proof Layer" means exactly that: the record is publicly resolvable and checkable at its source. It is proof that the record exists and resolves — not a claim about an entity's merit, ranking, or standing in any AI system.
Anatomy of a Record.
Every registry record shares the same structure, so it can be read the same way by a person or a machine:
Identifiers follow the form 360WSE-XXXXXX. The block 000001–000099 is reserved as institutional anchors; general assignments begin at 000100. Each identifier is permanent, so a record stays resolvable at the same address over time.
Assessed vs Authority Verified™.
Every registry record carries 360WiSE®'s own assessment of an entity's identity, ownership, and provenance — a structured judgment, published to be read.
Authority Verified™ is the earned status layered on top, reserved for entities that complete full identity verification through 360WiSE®. It is earned, never purchased — which is why most records are "assessed," and only those that pass the full process carry the verified mark.
Neither word means an AI system validated the entity, and neither means a third party endorses it. A registry record is a structured statement by 360WiSE®, published to be read.
What the Registry Is Not.
What It Is
- A public, resolvable index of records
- 360WiSE®'s own registration and assessment
- Machine-readable structured data
- Independently checkable at the source
- Persistent and addressable over time
What It Is Not
- Not AI validation or endorsement
- Not a ranking or reputation score
- Not pay-to-verify — status is earned
- Not a guarantee of how any system treats the entity
- Not content approval
Position in the Architecture.
The registry is the outbound side of recognition — 360WiSE® registering and recording entities. It is the mirror of the AI Recognition Record, which is inbound — external systems recognizing 360WiSE®. Keeping the two distinct is what keeps each one honest.
The Structured Entity Registry and its records are issued and maintained by 360WiSE®. A record reflects 360WiSE®'s own registration and assessment under its standards. It is not an endorsement, validation, or recognition by any AI system or third party, and does not guarantee AI behavior, rankings, or outcomes. Records are published as machine-readable data that any system can independently read.
The verifier is 360WiSE®.
The recognizer may be anyone.
360WiSE® verifies that an entity's identity, ownership, continuity, and public footprint align with what it presents — and publishes it as a machine-readable record. External systems may recognize it on their own, if and when they do. Verification is earned by passing the checks, never bought.
360WiSE® verification is valid on its own terms. It needs no permission from any search engine, model, or platform to remain true.
