The pecking order of the 2026 NFL Draft quarterback prospects has been fluid this season. The rankings look a lot different now than it had when the season began and will continue to evolve over the next month. In addition to lacking a clear favorite among the game’s most important position, there is also not an obvious choice to be the No. 1 overall pick.
In today’s thought exercise, we explore the ever-evolving quarterback needs on the heels on what has been an encouraging month for Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler. For example, could Miami, Las Vegas or Arizona enter the quarterback picture? It seems clear that Seattle will be committing to Sam Darnold rather than drafting a rookie. Four quarterbacks were ultimately taken in the first round of this mock draft.
As the season develops, the 2026 NFL mock draft order will be determined by win-loss record with strength of schedule tiebreakers. For now, the order is based upon Super Bowl odds, in reverse order, per DraftKings Sportsbook.
