Governance
Authority, ethics, review, accountability, correction, and institutional boundaries for the 360WiSE Official Canon.
Purpose
Defines how official terms, records, standards, reviews, corrections, and releases are authorized and maintained.
Principles
Accuracy before promotion; evidence before assertion; scope before interpretation; correction before concealment; continuity before replacement; independence of external recognition.
Authority
360WiSE maintains the Official Canon and associated registries. Delegated reviewers act only within documented authority.
Separation of Functions
Commercial participation, verification review, registry publication, distribution, recognition observation, and governance approval remain distinct.
Conflicts
Potential conflicts should be disclosed and handled through documented review or recusal.
Corrections and Appeals
Material errors should be correctable through a process preserving prior state, reason, date, and approval.
Recognition Boundary
360WiSE verifies and publishes records; external systems independently decide recognition.
Version Control
Governance changes require dated publication and historical preservation.
