The Statesboro Blue Devils found themselves in enemy territory as they went on the road to take on the Lakeside Panthers on Friday. The two teams needed an extra period to decide a winner. The Blue Devils were able to come away with a 36-29 win in a classic. 

Stateboro improves to 4-2 on the season with a 2-1 record in region play. 

Lakeside is still looking for their first win of the season as they are 0-7.
