Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez quietly made their red carpet debut on October 3, posing alongside friends at the world premiere of Valentina at the Mill Valley Film Festival about three months after they began dating over the summer.

Alba and Ramirez—who were first spotted together in July—posed alongside the film’s star Keyla Monterroso Mejia, as well as friends Desi Perkins, Angelique Cabral, and more, E! News reported. Alba, who served as an executive producer on the project, called it “a true labor of love and a beautiful example of activism through art.”

“The film offers a typically unseen perspective of life on the border in a refreshingly grounded human light,” she wrote on Instagram on October 4. “By the end of it, your belly will hurt from the laughs, and you’ll probably need some tissues for the tender moments. It’s touching, real, funny, relatable, thought-provoking, and everything in between.”

Alba and Ramirez have been seen everywhere from the streets of New York City to the U.S. Open since they sparked romance rumors; at that time, a source told People that the two were “having a good time together” and that the pair had “a connection.”

It has been a big year for Alba, who split with her husband of nearly 20 years, Cash Warren, back in January. The two share three kids and appear to have no bad blood, as Warren told TMZ in July as rumors started to spread about Alba and Ramirez that he was “happy for her,” adding, “I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”

“Jessica feels renewed in this new chapter,” a source told Us Weekly. “Her and Danny are having a lot of fun, and it’s light. Between work and the kids, she is very busy right now.”

“She enjoys dating him,” a source previously told People of Alba and Ramirez. “She’s pretty unapologetic about her life just in general and wants to enjoy as much as possible.” The insider added that Alba “loves her independence and new life.”

“She’s great to be around,” the source continued. “She’s very happy, full of energy and light. This is a great year for her personally.”
