Which did she mean to post — a sandwich or a “sandwhich”?
That’s what followers are asking after Meghan Markle, 44, shared a new As Ever Instagram recipe that left fans more confused than hungry.
On October 21, the Duchess of Sussex proudly posted an “elevated breakfast” from her Montecito, California kitchen — featuring her $14 crêpe mix topped with a fried egg, veggies, and what appeared to be a morning glass of champagne.
The caption read: “Crêpe inspo with a savory twist! As Ever Crêpe Mix, a fried egg + any veggies in your fridge = a fun and elevated take on your favorite breakfast ‘sandwhich.’”
Per Daily Mail, fans immediately took to the comments to blast the duchess for the misspelling of sandwich.
(After fans sounded off on the matter, the account noticeably disabled all comments under the post.)
While some suggested the extra “h” was a cheeky pun on which veggies to use, most weren’t buying it.
“Spellcheck, Meghan!” one follower quipped, while another added, “Who drinks wine with breakfast?”
It’s the latest in a string of minor As Ever misfires, including her viral upside down jam jar photo, per Daily Mail.
Despite the nitpicking, the royal homemaker isn’t letting fans spoil her appetite — for attention. On October 15, during her appearance at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C., she told the audience that she’s working on an upcoming “holiday special,” fueling speculation that Season 3 of With Love, Megan will soon be firing up again.
