Reese Witherspoon‘s snapshot with her rarely-seen, youngest son, Tennessee, shows two major things he has in common with his mama!
On Sept 26, Witherspoon shared a rare, and super-sweet photo of her and her youngest, Tennessee. She posted the photo to her Instagram with the caption reading, “How is it possible that my youngest boy is 13?! He never ceases to amaze me with his joyfulness, his brilliant sense of humor, and his endless curiosity. I love you so much, Tenn! 💙”

For those who don’t know, Witherspoon and her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, share two children together, named Ava Elizabeth Phillippe, born in Sept 1999, and Deacon, born in Oct 2003. She and her second ex-husband Jim also have a son together named Tennessee James Toth, born in Sept 2012.
In a recent interview with The Interview, Witherspoon talked about how she parents Tennessee differently from her other two children. She said, “Whenever I lose my cool. I turn to my youngest and I go, ‘You got to call your brother and sister. They wore me out. I’m so tired. Like, eat the cookie. Go to bed late. Just do it, you know, but like, think about how it’s going to make you feel.’”
She added, “And then like beyond that, I’m so tired. I’ve been parenting for 25 years.”
