Topsfield Fair returns with big entertainment and even bigger pumpkins
The Topsfield Fair runs Oct. 3 -13 at 207 Boston Street in Topsfield

The Topsfield Fair is back with pumpkins, parades, animals, art, food and flowers!
The historical fair, which kicks off Oct. 3 and runs through Oct. 13, features traditional agriculture and big entertainment at 207 Boston Street in Topsfield.
There’s the 41st all New England giant pumpkin weigh-off, a hot dog eating contest, a painted pony championship rodeo, and the Budweiser Clydesdales.
There’s something to entertain everyone, from the Paul Bunyan lumberjack show to the unofficial tribute to Taylor Swift. And don’t miss Sammy Kershaw, Frankie Avalon, a demolition derby, a freestyle moto-stunt show with Jason Rowe, and the Nerveless Nocks Daredevil circus.
And don’t forget to check out the vendors, from sweet treats to handmade goods and everything in between. There’s Anna’s Fried Dough, Barnyard Donuts, Boston Poppers Kettle Corn, Cookie Monstah, and Jerrie’s Pastries.
