Halloween is just a week away, but the parties began on October 21. Victoria Justice hosted one of the first big celebrity bashes at Bar Jubilee in Los Angeles, while Bette Midler followed days later with the New York Restoration Project’s 2025 Hulaween Gala on October 24.

Since then, celebs have been showing off their costumes on red carpets and in Instagram photo shoots. Chlöe Bailey dressed up as Beyoncé from Austin Powers in Goldmember, while Paris Hilton and her family debuted a group Toy Story costume in People, with Hilton wearing an especially impressive recreation of Little Bo Peep’s dress.
