Fox’s “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” is not for the faint of heart.

The reality TV series pushes celebrities to their breaking points by putting them through training designed to replicate elements of the United States Special Forces selection course. It’s physically and emotionally draining, as members of the Directing Staff (DS) push the participants to discover what they’re truly made of.

Only two out of 16 contestants passed the entire course during season 1, while three out of 14 passed during season 2. During season 3, just two out of 14 participants passed.

Season 4 of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” premiered on Thursday, Sept. 25. Only one celebrity recruit went home during the first episode.

“I feel like I’m gonna have a panic attack,” she said. “I can’t, I’m gonna throw up.”
