FORT COLLINS — The NoCo Foundation will conduct the latest in its Spark Donor Education Series, Oct. 28. ”Strengthening Nonprofit Impact Through Trust & Capacity” will take place from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Carnegie Center for Creativity, 200 Mathews St., in Fort Collins.

Keynote speaker will be Sebastian Africano of Trees, Water & People, with a panel discussion also including Elizabeth Barber of The Weld Trust and Kim Graves of the Museum of Art Fort Collins.Deadline forregistration is Oct. 21.
