SiUtility™

The Identity Foundation Layer

SiUtility™ is the foundation utility of the 360WiSE® External Credibility Infrastructure protocol — assigning each verified entity a permanent identifier and Canonical Resolution Endpoint. It is the substrate on which the AI Authority Stack™ produces signals and the AI Authority Index™ measures positions. Without it, nothing else in the infrastructure resolves.

Foundation Layer Permanent Identity Canonical Resolution
Section 01 · Definition

What is a structural identity utility?

SiUtility™ is the layer that does the structural assignment work — issuing each verified entity a permanent, machine-readable identifier and a Canonical Resolution Endpoint where its structured data lives.

It is not a profile. It is not a directory entry. It is not a vanity URL. It is a permanent address in the External Credibility Infrastructure — assigned once, resolvable forever, owned by the verified entity, operated by 360WiSE® as neutral third-party infrastructure.

Like DNS resolves a domain name to a server, SiUtility™ resolves a verified entity identifier to its structured authority data. Invisible to most end users. Foundational to everything built on top.

Section 02 · The Core Functions

What the Utility produces.

Each entity that enters the SiUtility™ layer receives four interlocking outputs — together composing its permanent structural identity within the protocol.
Function 01
Permanent Identifier
Format · 360WSE-XXXXXX
A unique, sequential identifier assigned at verification. Never reused. Never reassigned. Functions as the entity's permanent address within the External Credibility Infrastructure — like an ISBN for verified entities.
Function 02
Canonical Resolution Endpoint
URL · /resolve/{ID}/
A persistent, machine-resolvable URL where the entity's complete structured data is served on every request. Indexable by search engines, parseable by AI systems, accessible to humans and machines alike.
Function 03
Persistence Guarantee
Infrastructure · Owned, Not Rented
The endpoint cannot be deleted by social platforms, content services, or vendor changes. Operated by 360WiSE® as third-party infrastructure on behalf of the verified entity — built to outlast the platforms it interfaces with.
Function 04
Resolution Protocol
Open Standards · Machine-Readable
The protocol that returns structured entity data when the endpoint is queried — JSON-LD schema, sameAs identity graph, classification, resolver status, and authority context — all served to open Schema.org standards.

Section 03 · The Utility Test

What makes it a utility.

Four operational criteria distinguish a utility from a product, a service, or a platform. SiUtility™ satisfies each.
Criterion 01
Universal Assignment
Every verified entity receives one. No exclusions, no exceptions, no tiers withholding the core function. Utilities serve all participants.
Criterion 02
Persistent Operation
Identifiers persist for the lifetime of the verified entity. The endpoint never expires, never changes URL, never gets deprecated. Utilities are reliable by default.
Criterion 03
Third-Party Operated
Operated by 360WiSE® independently of any verified entity or AI system. Utilities are neutral — they serve participants, they do not compete with them.
Criterion 04
Open-Standard Output
Output is delivered in open standards (Schema.org, JSON-LD) that any AI system, search engine, or third party can independently parse. No proprietary lock-in.
Section 04 · The Utility in Operation

SiUtility™, operating live.

The first SiUtility™ identifier was assigned to 360WiSE® itself — 360WSE-000001. Its Canonical Resolution Endpoint operates in production today, demonstrating every core function of the utility live and verifiable in real time.

Section 05 · The Operating Layers

How SiUtility™ differs from the other layer marks.

Three operating layer marks. Each addresses a distinct dimension of the protocol. SiUtility™ is the foundation layer — the substrate the other layers operate on.
