JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson State head football coach T.C. Taylor is one of sixteen honorees set to be inducted into the JSU Sports Hall of Fame.
On Tuesday, Jackson State Athletics released the class of 2025 members, headlined by the 2024 SWAC Championship and 2024 HBCU National Championship-winning head coach.
Michael Ventress, Wayne Williams, Creig Charles, Sidney Ellis, Corey Bradford, Curtis Hardy, Michael Stewart, Maxcell Spriggs, Ben Norris Heard, Fredrick McRae, Theresa Smith, Anthony Appoy, John Miller, Brittany Bailey, and former teammate Robert Kent round out the class.
Taylor played at Jackson State from 1998 to 2001 before returning to his alma mater as an assistant coach in 2019. He was hired as the head coach of Jackson State football in 2023.
The Hall of Fame event will take place on November 14 in the university’s Student Center Ballroom.
