Deablo (forearm) is questionable to return to Sunday night’s contest against the 49ers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons‘ official site reports.

Deablo suffered an apparent forearm injury in the first half, placing some doubt on his ability to return to action. In his absence, JD Bertrand has taken over at inside linebacker versus San Francisco.
