Purpose

Defines how official terms, records, standards, reviews, corrections, and releases are authorized and maintained.

Principles

Accuracy before promotion; evidence before assertion; scope before interpretation; correction before concealment; continuity before replacement; independence of external recognition.

Section 03

Authority

360WiSE maintains the Official Canon and associated registries. Delegated reviewers act only within documented authority.

Section 04

Separation of Functions

Commercial participation, verification review, registry publication, distribution, recognition observation, and governance approval remain distinct.

Section 05

Conflicts

Potential conflicts should be disclosed and handled through documented review or recusal.

Section 06

Corrections and Appeals

Material errors should be correctable through a process preserving prior state, reason, date, and approval.

Section 07

Recognition Boundary

360WiSE verifies and publishes records; external systems independently decide recognition.

Section 08

Version Control

Governance changes require dated publication and historical preservation.
