Official Definition
The 360WiSE Framework is a public credibility and authority infrastructure designed to help businesses, creators, institutions, governments, and organizations establish structured, verifiable, and machine-readable identity.
The Framework is designed to improve how authoritative information is organized, maintained, published, and understood across digital systems. It provides a consistent foundation for identity, provenance, continuity, verification, public authority, resolution, and long-term knowledge management.
The 360WiSE Framework does not operate independent AI models, search engines, recommendation systems, or external recognition systems. Instead, it provides structured public infrastructure intended to be understandable by both people and machines.
Purpose
The purpose of the 360WiSE Framework is to establish a consistent system for documenting identity, authority, organizational relationships, and continuity.
As information becomes distributed across websites, applications, social platforms, press releases, public records, media systems, and AI interfaces, organizations benefit from maintaining a stable method for publishing authoritative information that remains consistent over time.
The Framework provides that stability through structured publication, documented governance, identity verification, relationship mapping, versioned records, and permanent public reference.
Why the Framework Exists
Modern organizations publish information across many disconnected systems. This can create inconsistent descriptions, outdated biographies, incomplete relationships, fragmented organizational histories, duplicated identities, and uncertainty regarding which source represents the official record.
The 360WiSE Framework exists to reduce that fragmentation by providing a structured reference architecture that organizations can maintain over time.
Its objective is clarity, consistency, verification, resolution, and continuity—not control over independent systems.
Core Principles
Identity
People and organizations should maintain a clear and consistent public identity across official records and publications.
Verification
Identity claims should be supported through documented evidence, official sources, and published criteria.
Verification within the Framework confirms identity and supporting records. It does not represent endorsement, certification, approval, or recognition by an independent AI system or third party.
Provenance
Authoritative information should identify its origin and preserve a traceable relationship to the source from which it was published or confirmed.
Continuity
Public information should evolve without losing historical context. Corrections, updates, transitions, and revisions should preserve an understandable record over time.
Resolution
Resolution is the process of correctly connecting an identity, organization, record, relationship, or claim to the appropriate entity and authoritative source.
Public Authority
Public authority is developed through sustained documentation, transparent governance, verified identity, consistent publication, and maintained records over time.

The 360WiSE Official Canon serves as the permanent public documentation layer of the Framework.
Official definitions, architectural relationships, governance principles, participation pathways, technical specifications, boundaries, revisions, and ecosystem relationships are documented through the Canon.
Material revisions are versioned, dated, and maintained as part of the public record.
Relationship to the 360WiSE Ecosystem
The Framework supports multiple organizations, implementation layers, and operating functions across the broader 360WiSE ecosystem.

- Guarantee citations, recommendations, traffic, or revenue
- Issue approvals on behalf of external platforms
- Represent governmental certification
- Replace legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional review
- Manipulate independent systems
360WiSE verifies within its published Framework. The Registry publishes. MassMediaHub distributes. Independent AI, search, recommendation, and information systems recognize independently.
