A Susquehanna Township pastor is under fire for bringing an AR-15 style rifle to church and pointing it at churchgoers while telling them to “overwhelm your enemy with a violent action of faith.”
A YouTube video of the September 28 sermon shows Pastor Philip Thornton of Legacy Faith Church carrying the assault-style rifle, which he said was unloaded, throughout the duration of his speech.
