Hosted by Pastor Bernadette Mutondoro, the conference created an atmosphere of sisterhood where women encouraged each other to break barriers, deepen their faith, and step into a life without limits.

The annual conference has become a cornerstone for women seeking both spiritual and personal growth. This year’s theme, Living Beyond Limits, encouraged women to draw strength from their faith and use it as the foundation for effective leadership in their families, workplaces, and communities.

Among the keynote speakers was Akhona Qengqe, the managing director of KFC Africa and founder of Women in Franchising Africa. She spoke passionately about integrating faith with leadership, describing the event as ‘a platform that renews our strength and reminds us that success without purpose is incomplete’.

“It’s about living a life beyond limits,” Qengqe said. “We draw from the Word of God and from the stories of other women who’ve seen faith produce tangible results in their lives.”

Pastor Genevéve Chadehumbe, part of the Oasis leadership team, described the gathering as an ‘upgrade for the mind and spirit’. She said the sessions are designed to challenge limiting beliefs and equip women to lead with confidence and conviction.

Deaconess Tendai Ratisai, who has served in the ministry for nearly two decades, said the conference empowers women to see themselves as capable leaders. “God created women to be fruitful and strong,” she said. “Pastor B [Mutondoro] teaches us to apply divine wisdom in real life; that’s what changes everything.”

As testimonies poured in and worship filled the hall, one message stood out clearly: women are not just participants in the faith journey; they are leaders shaping the future, fuelled by purpose and powered by faith.
