The 36th Annual Craft Sale and Fall Festival at Faith Tabernacle is set to take place this Friday and Saturday, promising a weekend filled with community spirit and unique offerings. Pastor Kaleb Rule highlighted the significance of the event, stating, “It’s a really big event for the community.” The festival, located at 100 169 Memorial Blvd., will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.

The event serves as a major fundraiser for the church’s community outreach programs, which include free counseling services and initiatives like building wheelchair ramps and cleaning houses for cancer patients. “This is something that funds what we do in the community,” said Pastor Rule.

Visitors can expect a variety of homemade goods, including pies, breads, and a large farmer’s market featuring items like jellies, pickles, and squash relish. The festival also offers live craft booths, personalized embroidery, and engraving services, making it an ideal spot for early Christmas shopping.

Saturday will feature additional attractions such as an antique car show, a blood drive, and a Toys for Tots collection. Participants in these activities can enjoy a free drink from the coffee shop. The festival will also include bounce houses, a petting zoo, and food options like fried Oreos and homemade corn dogs.

Pastor Rule emphasized the community impact of the event, noting that it supports programs like providing meals to 200 underprivileged children every Sunday. “This is a big fundraiser for the entire year,” he said. The festival invites everyone to join in the festivities and support a good cause.
