ANN ARBOR, MI – Roman Karas said it’s hard to describe the way his brain works.

But when ideas come to him for a new business or one of his passions, he said it’s helpful to have the time to pursue them. Because unlike most of his high school-aged peers, he’s not restricted by a day-time bell schedule and extra-curriculars.
