Watch: Nicole Kidman Debuts New Hair After Keith Urban Breakup

Nicole Kidman’s appearance during Paris Fashion Week was practically magic.

But while the Oscar winner turned heads with her new breakup bangs, she admitted she felt anxious about stepping out for the Chanel Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show, which she attended alongside her daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, on Oct. 6, just six days after filing for divorce from their dad Keith Urban.

“I’m just very nervous, actually,” Nicole told Vogue in a behind-the-scenes video of getting ready for the event. “I have my daughters coming with me. But I’m very excited for Matthieu [Blazy] because this is a big moment for him.”

Indeed, the 58-year-old—who also announced she is returning as an official ambassador for Chanel—was thrilled for her friend, who is now the French fashion house’s new creative director, adding, “To be able to celebrate him with his first show with Chanel, and the beginning of an incredible journey together, it’s exciting, right?”

After the event—which also saw stars like Ayo Edebiri, Margot Robbie, Penélope Cruz, Pedro Pascal and Julia Louis-Dreyfus sitting front row—Nicole celebrated her outing and showed off her new haircut, as well as the cashmere Chanel jeans and white button-down shirt she wore for the runway presentation.

“Thank you @chanelofficial for having me and my girls,” she captioned a carousel of Instagram pictures from the fashion show, including snaps with director Baz Luhrmann and French model Vanessa Paradis. “So excited to be a part of it with you @matthieu_blazy.”

Nicole’s daughters made sure that the Chanel event was a family affair, too, with Sunday sporting a pair of baggy denim jeans and a red sweater vest, while Faith wore a denim jacket over a black sequined dress.

It was a reunion of sorts for the mother-daughter trio, as Sunday had already been in Europe for several days, walking the runway in the Christian Dior Womenswear Spring/Summer 2026 show on Oct. 1, the day after Nicole filed for divorce in Tennessee.
