COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A woman has filed a lawsuit against Faith Life Church and its founders, alleging they failed to prevent sexual abuse allegedly committed by their son, Gary Keesee Jr.

The lawsuit, filed in Franklin County, claims the church and its founders did not take adequate measures to stop the alleged misconduct.

Gary Keesee Jr., his parents and the church are named in the suit.

The younger Keesee faces 32 felony counts related to the alleged sexual assault of at least three women.

He is currently jailed in Knox County and is scheduled to go on trial next month.
