360WiSE Official Canon — White Papers
360WiSE Official Canon

White
Papers

Canonical research library supporting the architecture, governance, provenance, recognition methodology, continuity model, AI readiness, public authority framework, and technical implementations of 360WiSE®.

Canonical Document 25 of 27 Research Library Version 1.0 Published by 360WiSE®
Document Scope

White Papers establishes the official research and publication framework supporting the 360WiSE Official Canon and its external credibility infrastructure.

The library preserves the reasoning, evidence, theory, design decisions, implementation findings, governance boundaries, and revision history behind the Canon. Each paper is independently versioned and may be cited without altering the normative authority of the Canon itself.

Section 01

Official Definition

White Papers is the official 360WiSE research publication library containing papers that explain, test, support, extend, or document the theory and implementation of the 360WiSE Official Canon.

Boundary: A white paper MAY support or interpret the Canon, but it does not modify a normative Canon requirement unless that modification is separately adopted through the Canon revision process.
Section 02

Purpose

Explain

Document the reasoning and research behind Canon architecture and governance.

Demonstrate

Present technical findings, implementation results, and reproducible methods.

Preserve

Maintain a dated public record of institutional thought, authorship, and evolution.

Section 03

Canonical White Paper Program

The program governs paper identifiers, authorship, review status, publication metadata, integrity hashes, supersession, archival treatment, and Canon cross-references.

Section 04

Publication Principles

  1. Primary-source authorship must be disclosed.
  2. Claims must remain distinguishable from observations and conclusions.
  3. Evidence must be attributable and reviewable.
  4. Material limitations must be stated.
  5. Revisions must preserve historical continuity.
  6. Recognition must be observed, dated, and never guaranteed.
  7. Publication must not imply regulatory certification unless independently granted.
Section 05

Identifier rule: Once published, a white paper identifier is persistent and must not be reassigned to another work.
Section 08

Versioning

White papers use semantic versioning where practical: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH. A major revision changes substantive conclusions or architecture; a minor revision expands or clarifies; a patch corrects non-substantive errors.

Section 10

Evidence Standards

  • Primary sources are preferred where available.
  • Independent sources must remain distinguishable from 360WiSE-authored sources.
  • Point-in-time AI observations must identify the system, date, query, and result context.
  • Search absence must not be treated as proof of nonexistence.
  • Conflicting evidence must be disclosed rather than silently excluded.
Section 12

Engineering Papers

Engineering papers document schemas, APIs, canonical serialization, validation behavior, interoperability, hashing, deployment architecture, and conformance testing.

Section 13

Governance Papers

Governance papers address institutional authority, ethical boundaries, decision records, review mechanisms, corrections, conflicts, and accountability.

Section 14

Recognition Papers

Recognition papers study how independent systems identify, attribute, summarize, or classify entities. Recognition is recorded as an external observation—not as an outcome controlled or promised by 360WiSE.

Section 15

Broadcast Papers

Broadcast papers document machine-readable broadcast identity, channels, programs, episodes, live events, schedules, distribution, playback, device compatibility, and provenance.

Section 16

AI Readiness Papers

AI readiness papers evaluate whether an entity’s public information environment supports consistent identity resolution, attribution, correction, provenance, and institutional continuity.

Section 17

Identity Papers

Identity papers define persistent identifiers, canonical names, aliases, entity relationships, role separation, and the distinction between a verified entity identifier such as 360WSE-000283 and identifiers assigned to technical or broadcast objects.

Section 18

Verification Papers

Verification papers examine scoped identity, ownership, provenance, continuity, and public-footprint verification while preserving explicit limitations and avoiding claims of universal certification.

Section 19

Provenance Papers

Provenance papers establish origin, authorship, source authority, evidence lineage, chain-of-custody, claim-to-evidence separation, and correction history.

Section 20

Resolution Papers

Resolution papers examine how identifiers and public records return stable, current, machine-readable representations across systems and over time.

Section 21

Continuity Papers

Continuity papers document how renames, migrations, leadership changes, corrections, superseded claims, and evolving evidence remain connected without erasing history.

Section 22

Public Authority Papers

Public authority papers address governments, institutions, public records, leadership communication, citizen trust, correction mechanisms, and machine-readable institutional continuity.

Section 23

Security Papers

Security papers cover integrity protection, privacy boundaries, threat models, restricted evidence, access controls, auditability, signature verification, and resilient publication.

Section 24

Implementation Papers

Implementation papers document practical deployment patterns, interoperability findings, migration strategies, performance observations, and operational limitations.

Section 25

Reference Implementations

Reference implementation papers may document MassMediaHub and other live implementations demonstrating how Canon concepts operate across distribution, structured records, media systems, and public resolution.

Boundary: A reference implementation demonstrates one valid architecture. It does not prevent independent implementations that preserve Canon conformance.

Review Process

Review ClassPrimary Question
TechnicalAre the architecture, methods, schemas, and findings internally coherent?
EvidenceAre factual assertions traceable to appropriate sources?
GovernanceDo claims remain within the published institutional boundaries?
EditorialIs the paper clear, consistent, accessible, and properly cited?
IntegrityIs the released artifact versioned, hashed, and preserved?
Section 28

Public Availability

Published papers should be accessible at stable canonical URLs and may be released as HTML, PDF, structured metadata, or archived artifacts. Restricted annexes may be withheld where necessary to protect private evidence, credentials, security controls, or legally protected information.

Section 29

Revision Policy

  • Published versions remain historically identifiable.
  • Material changes require a new version.
  • Superseded papers remain available unless legal or security concerns require restriction.
  • Corrections identify what changed, when, and why.
  • Hashes are regenerated for every released artifact.
