White Papers establishes the official research and publication framework supporting the 360WiSE Official Canon and its external credibility infrastructure.
The library preserves the reasoning, evidence, theory, design decisions, implementation findings, governance boundaries, and revision history behind the Canon. Each paper is independently versioned and may be cited without altering the normative authority of the Canon itself.

White Papers is the official 360WiSE research publication library containing papers that explain, test, support, extend, or document the theory and implementation of the 360WiSE Official Canon.

Canonical White Paper Program
The program governs paper identifiers, authorship, review status, publication metadata, integrity hashes, supersession, archival treatment, and Canon cross-references.
Publication Principles
- Primary-source authorship must be disclosed.
- Claims must remain distinguishable from observations and conclusions.
- Evidence must be attributable and reviewable.
- Material limitations must be stated.
- Revisions must preserve historical continuity.
- Recognition must be observed, dated, and never guaranteed.
- Publication must not imply regulatory certification unless independently granted.

Versioning
White papers use semantic versioning where practical: MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH. A major revision changes substantive conclusions or architecture; a minor revision expands or clarifies; a patch corrects non-substantive errors.

Evidence Standards
- Primary sources are preferred where available.
- Independent sources must remain distinguishable from 360WiSE-authored sources.
- Point-in-time AI observations must identify the system, date, query, and result context.
- Search absence must not be treated as proof of nonexistence.
- Conflicting evidence must be disclosed rather than silently excluded.

Identity Papers
Identity papers define persistent identifiers, canonical names, aliases, entity relationships, role separation, and the distinction between a verified entity identifier such as 360WSE-000283 and identifiers assigned to technical or broadcast objects.
Verification Papers
Verification papers examine scoped identity, ownership, provenance, continuity, and public-footprint verification while preserving explicit limitations and avoiding claims of universal certification.
Provenance Papers
Provenance papers establish origin, authorship, source authority, evidence lineage, chain-of-custody, claim-to-evidence separation, and correction history.
Resolution Papers

Revision Policy
- Published versions remain historically identifiable.
- Material changes require a new version.
- Superseded papers remain available unless legal or security concerns require restriction.
- Corrections identify what changed, when, and why.
- Hashes are regenerated for every released artifact.
