Taylor Swift has sipped coffee with Graham Norton and Jimmy Fallon — and now, she’s headed to Late Night with Seth Meyers for her Wednesday night takeover. The “Cruel Summer” artist, who is promoting her brand-new album, The Life of a Showgirl, is using her late-night time to spill the tea on her latest work, while also sharing details about her busy personal life, like her engagement to Travis Kelce.

This isn’t the first time that Swift has appeared on the late-night show circuit — she’s promoted previous albums before, like when she sat down with Meyers in November 2021 to discuss Red (Taylor’s Version) ahead of her Saturday Night Live performance. Doing multiple late-night shows for a single album rollout, however, is rare for the singer, who typically uses her massive social media platform to make announcements and, of course, drop Easter eggs for her work.

So what can fans expect from Swift’s time on the late-night couch? Here’s what we know.

The Graham Norton Show on Oct. 3

Swift’s first promotional stop was on The Graham Norton Show, where she shared the couch with Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson and Lewis Capaldi. The conversation turned to Swift’s upcoming wedding to fiancé Kelce, which she insisted Norton would be getting an invite to.

“I know it’s gonna be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble,” Swift said.

Swift also showed off her engagement ring, joking that the “hard rock” — which Kelce helped design — is so dazzling she likes to “watch it like a TV.”

Norton teased that he was getting ready for Swift’s appearance on his show with an Oct. 1 Instagram post featuring the talk show host wearing headphones. “Can you guess what I’m listening to???” he wrote in the caption. “#lifeofashowboy Roll on Friday!!”

Swift previously appeared on Norton’s show in 2023 to celebrate the release of her album Midnights, joining Bono, Eddie Redmayne, Alex Scott and musical guest Lady Blackbird on the couch. In addition to promoting her new work, she spoke about rerecording her previous albums after she was unable to buy her masters — something she was finally able to achieve in 2025.

“I am thankful to radio stations across the U.S. that will only play my new versions. It is so heartwarming,” Swift said at the time. “It is something that I care about but don’t expect other people to care about it.”

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Oct. 6

Swift made her second late-night appearance on Fallon’s show three days after the release of The Life of a Showgirl, joining actress Keri Russell as well as musical guest the Format.

Swift got personal with Fallon and discussed how her fiancé Travis Kelce surprised her with her engagement, revealing he popped the question right after she joined him and brother Jason Kelce on his New Heights podcast to announce her new album.

“He’s like, ‘My heart is racing. I just really want — I know how much this means to you,” Swift recalled. “‘I really want this to be what you hoped it would be,’ because we’d been talking about doing the podcast and announcing the album.” She soon realized Kelce was actually so nervous because he had planned to pop the question after they finished recording.

Swift also spoke about giving a speech at her best friend Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco in September, denying claims that she had brought up her own engagement.

“I did do some light teasing about the way we used to dress in 2008 — the year we met. Because we met when we were teenagers, and 2008 was quite a year, let me tell you,” Swift told Fallon.

In a game with Fallon, Swift also shot down the rumors that she had turned down the Super Bowl after they did not let her own footage of her performance. While she won’t perform this year — Bad Bunny has the honor — she hinted that Kelce’s NFL job is the reason why she’s not taking the stage at this point in time.

“The whole season I am locked in on what that man is doing on the field,” she said of why she is not interested this year in appearing on the halftime stage. “Can you imagine if he was out there every single week, putting his life on the line, doing this very dangerous, very high-pressure, high-intensity sport, and I’m like, ‘I wonder what my choreo should be?’”

Fallon teased the “Anti-Hero” singer was joining his show in a Sept. 24 Instagram video, which showed Fallon at a roulette table in Las Vegas. (Naturally, the ball bounced right to No. 13 — Swift’s favorite number.) After he left the table, a slew of showgirls — including one in orange — collide into him. One says, “Excuse us, honey” — perhaps a nod to Swift’s Showgirl track “Honey.”

Swift previously made headlines on Jimmy Fallon’s show in October 2019, when Fallon shared a video of Swift acting delirious with the host after getting LASIK surgery. Swift was promoting her album Lover at the time.

Late Night With Seth Meyers on Oct. 8

Meyers announced that Swift would be a guest on his talk show in a Sept. 29 Instagram post, in which he wore a sparkly orange cardigan — a hot merch item from the singer’s Showgirl collection. But it’s not just a regular appearance: as Meyers’s turquoise-and-orange coffee mug states in the video, it’s a “TAY/kover” of the talk show. The whole episode will be a conversation between Meyers and Swift.

You can watch Late Night With Seth Meyers at 12:35 a.m. ET on NBC and stream the episode the next day on Peacock.

“At the time I was, like, honestly, really sad ’cause I’d actually gone through the stuff that I had sung about,” Swift told Meyers about recording the original version of the song. “But this time, I’ve got sunglasses on and a mojito and just, like, it’s chill this time. It’s really nice to be able to put this album out and not be sad, not be taking breaks in between interviews to cry. I’m telling you, it’s much better this way.”
